Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services offered by James Starr Consulting, LLC, operating the brands True Profit Media and AI Fleet Operators ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, booking a call, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

Our Services

We provide paid advertising management, creative strategy, and related marketing services, as well as digital products and training programs. The specific scope, deliverables, term, and fees for agency services are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and us. If anything in a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

Payments And Fees

Fees for services are stated in your service agreement. Fees for digital products are stated on the applicable checkout page. You are responsible for your own advertising spend, which is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms on your own accounts. We never mark up your media spend.

No Guarantee Of Results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, your market, your sales process, and platform behavior. Any results referenced on our websites are real results from specific accounts over specific time periods and are not a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, return on ad spend, or level of performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets needed to perform the services
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Ensure your products, offers, and claims comply with applicable laws and platform policies
• Pay fees when due

Intellectual Property

Our websites, content, frameworks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Creative assets we produce for you under a service agreement are governed by that agreement. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content, products, or training materials without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with their operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

Our websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability
